Bette is an early childhood education expert, and will attain her MBA in 2011. She is a national speaker in her field and will publish her first book "Being Visual" in 2011. |

Kim Swanson, CFEDirector of Franchise Development
Through her 10 year career with Young Rembrandts, Kim has headed other key departments including Franchise Operations and Training and Support, but has found her home in overseeing the National and International growth of Young Rembrandts. Kim has a BA from Northern Illinois University and completed her CFE in 2008 from the International Franchise Association. |

Mary RickertDirector of Franchise Training and
Support
As a Franchise Business Consultant, Mary heads the Support department. Coaching business owners to help them attain their business, and personal, objectives. Mary's extensive background in corporate training has been invaluable as she manages the franchisee training process, working with new franchisees to help them reach their strategic goals and achieve continued business growth. Mary has a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business from Roosevelt University. |

Charlene BryeansFranchise Business Consultant
Charlene works with Mary in the Franchise Support Department, where her number one priority is to coach and support franchisees. Charlene utilizes her key account sales experience to assist franchisees in setting goals, improving sales technique, and analyzing/using data to grow and expand their Young Rembrandts business. She holds a BS in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University, obtained her corporate experience at Kraft Foods/Phillip Morris USA and her private sector experience as a Religious Education School Administrator. |

Lizi FetterFranchise Marketing Coordinator and
Support
Lizi and her team, collaborate to develop the local and national marketing initiatives for the franchise system. Lizi also supports Young Rembrandts franchisees in their online and social marketing efforts. She has a BA in Communication from Purdue University and is working to complete her CFE in 2012 from the International Franchise Association. |

Julie RhodesDirector of Technology Development and
Support
Julie provides support to the Young Rembrandts franchise system in all areas of technology, including managing the Young Rembrandts website and sub-domains, email system, and the Young Rembrandts proprietary software which she continues to co-develop. Julie possesses enormous expertise in the operational aspects of managing an extensive territory and she provides franchise support in this capacity. |

Laurie HuskeDirector of Curriculum
Laurie heads the Young Rembrandts curriculum team and supports franchise system in teacher training and curriculum use. With over 10 years experience in the Young Rembrandts classroom Laurie assists the franchise system in maintaining excellent levels of classroom instruction and product quality. Laurie is an artist and special education instructor. |

Cindy FunkFinancial and Reporting Support
Another 10 year veteran, Cindy trains and supports the franchise system in day-to-day office operations including financial data-bases, accounts payable, payroll, purchasing and reporting. Cindy has a BS from Northern Illinois University. |

Bill DucaArtist
One of the first employees of Young Rembrandts, Bill has worked with the system since 1990. Bill uses his artistic talent to help develop our kid-friendly, success-assured, one-of-a-kind curriculum. He also refers to himself as the "token male" of the team - but don't let his modesty fool you. Bill is an integral part of the Young Rembrandts success. Bill attended Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, MI - and was formerly a freelance illustrator for a variety of children's book publishers, including David C. Cook. |
