Welcome to Young Rembrandts for the Northern Nevada Area!  We offer classes in schools, daycares, and community centers in Reno and Sparks.  We also work closely with the homeschool community to provide art classes through the IMPACT Co-op.

NEW THIS FALL!!!   Young Rembrandts is offering ART IN THE CLASSROOM.  In the same way teachers teach math, science and reading, we teach core drawing skills.  Our program dispels the myth that art is a talent a child has or doesn't have.  We view drawing -the fundamental skill of all visual arts- as a teachable skill that any child can and SHOULD learn.  We have several art units available including: 

• Mysterious World of Egypt, African Safari or Tour of Australia

• Space Exploration

• Dinosaurs

• Desert and/or Ocean

• Early Exployers

• Native American Art

Young Rembrandts is the original and most recognized children's drawing program.  Children and families in our community have benefited from our unique curriculum that teaches children how to draw while developing their self confidence, and love of art.  

When are Young Rembrandts classes offered?  Young Rembrandts focuses on pre-school and elementary school-aged children 3 1/2-12 years old.  The elementary program is offered immediately after school at public and private schools, plus we can offer our drawing program at your home school location too.  The pre-school program is offered during regular class sessions and themed camp sessions can be held anytime. After-school art classes are offered at many Reno/Sparks area schools.  Class times vary, check enrollment form for more details.
