Drawing is the fundamental skill of the visual arts that can - and should - be learned by all children.
Young Rembrandts teaches the drawing skills children need while developing learning skills that give children an academic advantage in the classroom.
Yay! Summer's finally here!
We've got three locations for summer drawing classes and workshops. Check out our summer workshops in Brookhaven and at the Alpharetta Art Center. You can also sign up for a Cartoon Drawing class or PreK Drawing class at the Spruill Center for the Arts in Dunwoody.

Young Rembrandts After School Drawing Classes
Young Rembrandts teaches drawing to children aged 4 to 12. We believe EVERY child can learn to draw – and in Young Rembrandts, we’re showing them how. As our students complete a new masterpiece every week, they develop art skills, master new techniques and learn about art history! They have a ton of fun while improving the creative and critical thinking skills that today’s students need. Like us on Facebook and see our current gallery!
Summer 2019 Camps & Workshops
Young Rembrandts is planning exciting new summer workshops and 1/2 day camps. We are excited to offer Drawing Camps at the Alpharetta Art Center for the first time. Young Rembrandts is also partnering with Best in Class Education Center in Milton to offer summer drawing workshops. We will also be back at Ashford Park in Brookhaven with drawing workshops for kids ages 4 - 11.
What do we do?
In each week's creative, new lesson, we use a step-by-step method that ensures every student is a creative success. As they learn technical drawing skills, children discover that all complex objects can be broken down into familiar shapes; then they use problem-solving skills, innovation, and imagination to put them all together into eye-popping masterpieces!
Using our unique 30-year teaching method, students improve their fine motor skills, patience, focus and ability to stay on task. Best of all, they'll gain a new-found confidence in a skill they never knew existed - the ability to say "I can do it!" And yes, all that learning comes with a big bunch of fun.
Where can my child take classes?
We provide classes at local elementary schools and community centers. We partner with local parks and recreation departments to offer summer drawing workshops, cartoon classes and drawing classes for preschool age children. Click here to see our class locations and to sign up for upcoming sessions.
